“We had a great experience at La Copa Inn in South Padre Island! One of my favorite things was the location—you’re right on the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the water and beautiful views. “Fully renovated doesn't mean new paint over drywall patches. So much was wrong here. Tears in the mattress with no bug protection, the sink fixtures were loose from the counter, puddle inside the door when we arrived, our smoke alarm was leaking water...the bar, indoor pool and restaurant are down the road at different facilities. Brandy was amazing at the front desk. The view was nice, but the room wasn't nearly what we expected.”

“El hotel tiene buena ubicación y la habitación es muy espaciosa. La habitación esta muy bien, falta un poco más cuidado de higiene en el baño, tiene buen shampoo, acondicionador, el jabón de cuerpo no funcionaba el bote, solo era tema de pedir otro, alfombra de los pasillos les falta mucha limpieza pero no olía mal. El bar de la alberca si le falta más limpieza y los baños del bar sucios, porque gente externa del hotel pueden entrar y usarlos. El desayuno incluido esta muy bien.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Woodlands Resort. The property was beautiful, and the staff made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and the pillows were amazing. The restaurants were very nice with equally amazing staff. The pool and lazy river were the perfect place to relax and enjoy friends. The pool staff mainly “Erica” was very attentive.
