“I've given 5 stars because the whole place is brand new and exceptional staff. However there are a few teething problems. First one is there's no plug for the sink. We asked at reception only to be told 'we don't supply plugs'. So my husband wet shaved in running water and he felt this was a waste of water. I suppose in this age it's not really environmentally friendly. We did think it was odd no plugs though!! There are hooks in the bathroom, but nowhere near where you open the shower door, so……

“老闆友善, 室內的佈置如上載圖片。我住的是3人房間，住了5晚， 雙人床+單人床+梳化床後，再放4個行李箱，仍有很多地方走動, 在倫敦已很不錯，只是房間向大路比較嘈，但關上窗戶亦可以。廚房內有洗衣機設備，但圖片及房間陳述中沒有表明，希望店主可加上，方便下位旅客盤算。下次去倫敦也會租住這間旅店。”

“Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me.”
