「The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose.」

「94 was the perfect house for our group of 8 adults and 2 small children. Each luxurious bedroom had its own bath with heated floors. Living space was divided so that the kids could leave their toys and not impinge on “adult” space. We cooked an entire turkey dinner for Christmas in the kitchen, and served it forth into that lovely garden dining room. 「We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was very clean, kitchen was so well stocked with all the equipment you need and some! Lovely little private courtyard, which I imagine will be a big bonus in the warmer months. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well heated and had a constant hot water supply. 「All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times.
