"Check in seemed smooth with no issues, gave my ID and signed paperwork. checked in at 10 pm to stay local before my son’s procedure the next morning. Started getting calls at 1 am asking if I still needed my room. Front desk checked me in under someone else name. When I went to check out my reservation could not be found, they had someone else’s name connected to my room with the other information being mine, phone number, address, etc. When I checked out I was charged $20 for parking after I booked my room with the parking pass, but was still charged because they couldn’t find my booking because the names were changed in the system."

"We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. It was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The location was convenient and close to downtown. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, fresh, well-stocked, and much better than expected. The only thing that could be improved is the parking. The parking garage was a bit of a walk from the hotel, which was slightly inconvenient when we needed to get something from the car. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again."

"I generally like the Staybridge hotel chain, but this property fell well short of my experiences with other Staybridge locations. The room was run-down and in serious need of renovation. Everything, from the carpet to the bed, looked worn and outdated. The front desk staff did mention that there are plans for a major renovation in the future. However, in its current condition, I would not recommend this hotel to other Hotels.com members. The breakfast was okay"
