「We like the private onsen compartments for family use. We hope that the hotel can further improve their service by sending emails to customers 2 days before the booking about the hotel shuttle, so that the customers would know how to contact and arrange for shuttle bus to the hotel and where to wait for the shuttle to pick them up when they arrive at the bus stations, carrying heavy baggage.」

「The general hardware of the hotel is good. I dislike most is the confusing check-in and check-out time information I received from the hotel and Expedia. In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am. On my last day, the front desk informed me that the check-out time was 10 am, not 11 am. To me...
