“We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat.”

“Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7! Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,……

“I did not stay at the hotel because from the outside it did not look safe. All the building around the hotel were abandoned. There was only one way (one lane street) to enter the hotel parking lot. The hotel seemed to be in a rundown area.”

“The first day we got there the air was out so they put us in another room which was infected with roaches, call the front desk to let them know and they offered to move us again well we had drove 4 1/2 hours to get there with 3 kids that were exhausted we stayed in the room asked if the kids could go to the pool they lied and said that the chemicals was being put into the pool and gave us wristbands to go to another hotel for the kids to get in (absolutely a mess) went to check out and was……

“The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”

“The place is fairly new, just in the wrong location. Parking is all fence enclosed. The problem is the staff. I am a senior citizen and that did not affect their attitude. They implied that I was hiding someone else to join me in my room since I was registered as a single but had a king size bed. They also impressed upon me that there were to be no guests overwhelming the facility, apparently believing that I had lied. I'm not sure about the level of customers for Saturdays but judging from……
