"The pet fee is pretty steep. Nothing is provided or offered - sheet of blanket to cover furniture, pet bowls, dog treat etc. All amenities my company offers routinely at small, boutique hotels. The room was clean. The property is a bit shabby and could use some maintenance. E.g. Exterior doors leak and bring moisture inside - on the floor and condensation on the door. There's a slight smell in the halls. The front desk staff could definitely use some training along with management. I booked through a third party booking engine and it had a certain rate for the pet fee. My reservation was partially based upon this information, and I had to fight to get them to honour it. Then, I was overcharged by $100. I didn't get a response quickly until multiple attempts including a phone call. To date I still haven't been provided a folio. But the extra fees finally got refunded. Overall I wouldn't stay there again. Too many hassles. "

"- No water pressure in shower. Water hot at night but not in the morning. I'd rate it a 5 of 10 compared to a Holiday Inn Express. Maybe an 8.5 compared to a Quality Inn motel or a 2 star property. Just "Ok". "

"We have been here about 6 times in the last 6 months. The facility may be a little dated but the staff is top notch. They go to the max to help out. The performance was undaunted during the ice storm. The breakfast is on par with what you would expect and the area is safe. We will continue to come back."

"We stay at this hotel every time we are in the area. Quiet location and easy access to multiple restaurants. Not to mention the hotel has a built in restaurant and bar. Staff is always friends and rooms are clean. "
