「The room i was initially booked into had not been cleaned when i arrived. I reported this and was met with excellent service and my room was upgraded at once to compensate. The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok.」

「Enjoyed our 1 night stay here (non golfers but didn’t feel we missed out). Facilities/amenities at the hotel are great - it is huge! Room was of a high quality. Staff were very good and especially friendly. All at a very competitive price. The only slight thing (and didn’t effect our stay) was there are areas which could do with a little tlc as they are starting to look a little tired (one example is the balcony area of our room). 」
