“Very clean and pleasant stay for a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and the overall image was excellent. The room was at decent size and the amenities were in very good condition.”

“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and had a good check-in experience. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated being upgraded to a better room, which was a nice touch. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was no internal door lock in the room. On the afternoon of our check-in day, while we were resting in the room, a staff member unexpectedly opened the door to check the air conditioner without any prior notice. This was quite uncomfortable and affected……

“飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。”

“住房清潔體驗很棒！人員也很親切專業！ 但加購的早餐實在太難吃，一樣的錢在外可以吃更好質感的！ 餐廳食材普通又不新鮮，建議不要加購！附近餐廳多好覓食！”
