It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. "Stayed here on my way to Minnesota. Good hotel room, well decorated and nice view. The HVAC system was crazy loud for some reason. Luckily, it was nice out and I turned it off. Was like a motorcycle in the room! Would still stay here again, as the hotel was very convenient. "
