「You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. 」

「This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel, a beautifully restored eighteenth-century family home, is arranged with great taste and attention to detail. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Check-in was as smooth as it gets—they immediately provided us with a WhatsApp contact, which made communication easy throughout our stay. 「Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option.」
