"I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT BUY STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THIS HOTEL!!!! With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. "

"Stayed 4 nights here with my husband in November 2020... I got the recommendation from Andrew Harper. It was such a wonderful experience.. feel like home..charming townhouse.. great location with walking distance to everywhere.. staff is friendly, attentive and helpful... the manager got us upgraded to suite #16 is facing the garden. We requested breakfast in the garden and It was just fabulous. The bed is clean and comfortable, the bathroom updated and clean. The place is so unique and has NoLa...

"The location is fantastic. In the heart of the French quarter. The room was somewhat worn-closet door came off track, missing a lounge chair, dresser draw opened and needed to have paper jammed in it to stay closed. The room would benefit from some light renovation. "
