「The hot water faucet in the sink was not working. The shower pressure was very bad. The air conditioner was not working properly in room. It was set at 68 but the room was 77 and not getting cooler. 」

「I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. 」
