"There is no kitchen in this room. The elevator is out of order. The outer front door is very slow to open. There has been a construction crew running noisy power tools in the room above me ALL DAY LONG, and I am a day sleeper, as I work at night. Housekeeping has ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door twice, and told me I need to be on meds when i complained about it. Front desk personnel are rude, dismissive and surly. Overall this is a crappy hotel, especially for $81 a night. i will complete this stay as my employer is paying for it, but i will make sure we never ever ever use this hotel again."

"Convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. The property overall is well maintained. We had a couple of issues with our room and since it was the weekend could not be remedied right away. The front desk quickly relocated us to another room without any problems. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. "

"Our stay at Garner Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, tub was definitely white and clean. I absolutely loved the flowers made from toilet paper, it was a beautiful gesture. The location is wonderful and easy to find. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. "
