「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」

「The delicious chocolate chip cookies given to the guests when checking was a nice touch. I was given 3 cookies when I checked in, for the 3 nights I was staying. Pleasant staff all around-hotel staff, restaurant, snd shuttle. A nice variety on menu at the restaurant and nice choices of wines. Having airport shuttle was one of my reasons I chose Double Tree, in Denver. This was my first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you! Keep doing a fantastic job!」

「Had the option to have them hold our bags until check in and after check out while waiting for our flight. That was a big help for us. Good breakfast food options with hot food. We had a great stay!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,...
