「Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning.」

「The hotel is a spotless Hotel Staff are fantastic Breakfast is and always fantastic as normal my disabled friend was stunned at how and is now she knows why i am retiring to Poland they even found her a disabled shower chair for he at no extra cost she is intending to come back soon with her friend unfortunately i am moving on to another place in poland which came with recommended by staff thankyou all have a Merry Christmas Take care all see you all when passing through Krakow 😀」
