In saying that, one has to remember that the older properties in Amsterdam are very narrow, to cram in many rooms, then the rooms are not going to be that large. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center.
