"Of course staff was courteous. Arrived on Sunday night around 8:30 pm and fridge was not cooling. Called front desk and they immediately got maintenance up there and he had to replace it with another. Very efficient indeed. No complaints whatsoever! "

If you like exploring a city on foot, this is an ideal home base. Service is mostly good, with one caveat: it can be slow at times, especially during busier moments. That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, comfortable stay in a prime Richmond location—and one I’d be happy to recommend, especially for anyone who values walkability and a higher-comfort hotel experience."
