We stayed in a 3-bed room for 3 days. The interior is well-designed and chilled. We stayed in a 3-bedroom room for 3 days. The interior is well-designed and has a relaxed atmosphere. The small kitchen and towels were clean, and the cooking utensils were reasonably functional. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, all of which are in good working condition. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The location is great as most of the attractions are within walking distance.

清潔人員打掃時並沒有更換新的毛巾，也沒有添加廁所的衛生紙；後來我才發現，毛巾和衛生紙是放在衣櫃裏，老實說真的不知道為什麼？我過去半年住過倫敦、曼谷、新加坡、香港等地的飯店，從來沒發生過這種情況！

Everything is great in this hotel. Furniture are clean, good service and great location. I like the self service coffee bar where i can hv selections of hot drinks, and also hot water, i can save my time for boiling water. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient for u to start ur day with it. And also wine is also free for ur stay. I just love this hotel! I will stay again in this hotel next time when i visit Edinburgh again.

Our room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but nothing that impacted our stay. The hotel is located very close to Princes Street (shopping), the Mound (views + Edinburgh Castle) and the Royal Mile, but without all the street noise that comes with those areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to the castle, shopping, and dining. Parking was a pain. The room was spacious with a full kitchen but it smelled damp.

During our first night, half of the building, including our room, had no power. This meant we couldn’t charge our devices, which was particularly inconvenient given our short two-day stay. When we raised the issue, we were advised to sit in the hotel lobby to charge our devices — hardly an acceptable solution when you're on limited vacation time. We were provided with an email address for the manager, but after sending two emails and a follow-up, we received no response. The lack of communication and accountability from management was incredibly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. While the space itself was lovely, the hospitality was lacking, and the experience left us stressed during our time in Edinburgh. Fortunately, we were headed to the Highlands and didn’t have to stay long. For a property to ignore guests during a power outage — even for one night — is simply unacceptable. As a frequent traveler, I would caution others: if something goes wrong, don’t expect meaningful support or communication from this establishment.
