Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel so that tells you all you need to know about the comfort of the bed. Bathroom & shower very clean & well sized too. Overall a wonderful stay!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was fine, the bed was comfortable and i loved the fact that the hotel had room service specially when you hace travelled a lot and you don't want to go down to the restaurant for a meal. It is close to coffeeshops and you can go walking to other places in old town. The only thing that I didnt like is that the hot water in the shower isnt that hot, at least in my room. Other than that it was a great place to sleep for a couple of nights

Great location, close to downtown, royal mile, train station and close enough to the airport for an easy taxi. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us, which we greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. The entire property is quite nice and spacious. All staff members we interacted with were kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors have transparent cut-outs, removing much privacy between the toilet and the rest of the room. It's an odd design choice and was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I have no issues and would gladly stay here again. Many thanks to the staff for their helpful assistance.
