「Good experience compared with Hyatt Place Zurich Airport」

「The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.」

「Poor communication with guest」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. 「這是我第二次住的這家飯店，但也決定從此以後不再來住這一家飯店非常非常的不合格」

「The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.」

「位於Zürich 機場附近到達容易，酒店附近有很多餐廳及超巿購物店鋪，酒店員工非常有善，房內乾淨舒適。」

「all good」
