「Everything was great .」

「Checked into room 527 on June 9. The refrigerator smelled like a dead something in there. My food stank and had to throw it away. It was so bad I had to wash my ice pack before I could put it back in my own freezer. The shower had NO body lotion left in the dispenser, lucky for me I travel with a small bar of hotel soap... Not a great experience, I stay at your property one night every month.」

「The view from our balcony was beautiful but no privacy from the other balconies. The room was average at best, very hot upon arrival and multiple outlets didn’t work. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was pathetic. The pool was very cloudy all week, either a result of improper water chemistry or filtration. Eat breakfast elsewhere.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」

「The room was clean and comfortable, but it was located on the 2nd floor. The elevator did not work. My 86 year old mother was with us with a mobility issue. That should have been noted on website.」

「Disappointed that we got assigned a room in front of the elevator and ice machine. Our room did not get cleaned unless we called them to remind them. TV to watch finals game was horrible. Bar closed way too early for summer」

「Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.」

「The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally by the delightful staff.」
