“We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. “This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! ”

“Amazing staff, delicious food from the restaurant, beautiful infinity pool! Bed was pretty comfortable and the front desk brought us extra pillows upon request. If you pay when you book you have a better chance of getting the balcony room IF you reserved one. The balcony rooms are limited. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The staff were incredible. They were attentive, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The property felt secured with the gate and attendant. The cabanas was a nice feature and very relaxing. It was very close to el tunco (less than 10 mins) and several shopping centers with lots of options to eat at, get groceries, pharmacies, atms, etc. The beach was black sand not much space to lay out because the waves come up pretty far but even better to relax on the cabanas which was directly in front of……

“I stayed here for a weekend and it was ok. My AC went out and they had to replace it so i showered in another room until they had everything fixed. The gave me free breakfast for that. My TV didn’t work my entire stay. The pool is small i didn’t utilize it. I don’t drink but my slushies were pretty good. The seafood platter that i ordered was mid but i loved the breakfast. Its near the beach and you can access it once you get pass the rocks. Food along the beach was good but you can’t bring it……

“Bathroom was dirty with pee on it. Staff was horrible the guy was all the time on his phone instead to attend people and my son jump on the pool and anyone told us that the pool was being clean with Clorox. Horrible experience and location.”
