“ I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. “La música se escucha siempre muy fuerte. Los ascensores son bastante antiguos y están mal conservados. Además nuestro baño tenía un olor intenso que no se iba. Igualmente la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y era bonita. Las piscinas son grandes y siempre había tumbonas vacías donde ponerte, la comida q se sirve en el bar de la piscina está rica igual q las bebidas. Además la atención en recepción es adecuada.”
