"We stayed at Door Janna for four nights and had an incredible city break. The riad is beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the bustling Medina. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The riad feels stylish and premium, while still retaining a warm, intimate and homely atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic. The pool and rooftop terrace were particular highlights, absolutely beautiful. We would love to stay at Door Janna again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. It made our stay very special."

"If you need to have a great holiday, look no further than the Riad Charme D’Orient. The minute you walk in, you will be wowed by not only the property itself but also how you are well looked after by Laurence and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to be part of the “family” at the Riad The Riad was a pleasure to stay at with everything you require after a busy day in the city. The rooms were very well looked after and the iced mint teas were a lovely touch after a hot day wandering around the Medina. The morning was a highlight up on the roof terrace having a lovely breakfast and comparing stories with the other guests. If you need somewhere to relax and enjoy the treasures of Marrakech this is the place. Highly recommended and will return again."

"Wonderful Riad. Muhammed and the team were fantastic, check in was very good, a very warm welcome with a comfy seat, mint tea and talk through the brochure followed by a quick tour of the Riad and its facilities. The room was perfect with very efficient air conditioning which was very welcome after a long day out. Breakfast was perfect with great coffee. The evening meal, wow, the best tagine we have ever had, we ate out the other nights and paid a lot more for not as nice. We had a few hours by the pool which was very pleasant, pool temperature was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we had the best sleep ever. My wife had “30 min relax” massage booked through the Riad, it was perfect. Thank you so much for welcoming us to wonderful Riad. Highly recommended."

"A charming, comfortable Riad in the heart of Marrakech, perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The exceptionally kind staff made my stay memorable, and dinner there on my first evening was one of the best meals of my trip. The Riad also arranged a day trip to Imlil, the highlight of my visit. My guide, Hassn, was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Visiting his Berber family home, meeting his daughters, and enjoying a delicious homemade lunch made the excursion truly special. I highly recommend this Riad for a warm, authentic Marrakech experience."

"Wonderful hotel, a modest entrance that opens up into a traditional and stylish reception area, lovely large potted plants, gorgeous tiles - a real wow for the eyes. It is quite a large hotel but has an intimate feel. Staff all so helpful and they greet you with Morroccan tea and biscuits. Well situated as in the medina. Mohammed their bell boy was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend"

"We had such a wonderful stay at **Le Riad Monceau** in Marrakech! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It was also my birthday trip, and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room with flowers. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the trip even more special. 🌸 A special thank you to **Soufian at the front desk** and the lovely woman working the night shift (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!) for being so welcoming and helpful. **Youness, the restaurant manager**, was wonderful as well, and everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive. We also booked our airport transportation through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. The **rooftop is beautiful**, and breakfast was delicious One small thing to keep in mind: the hotel has live music every evening, which is lovely and creates a great atmosphere, but the band sometimes rehearses around 4:30–5:00 PM before the evening music begins. Since the rooms face the courtyard, it can be noticeable if you're hoping to take an afternoon nap or have a very quiet afternoon. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back. The beautiful riad, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful hospitality made our trip memorable ❤️"
