「As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . 「Great hotel! Clean, stylish, comfortable, convenient location and super professional and friendly staff. I have nothing bad at all to say about my stay. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Two things.... the front desk manager with the high puff hairstyle is absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not use/have washcloths. Breakfast was included with my room, but be sure to order things exactly how you want if you are not used to the Colombian way to...

「The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. 「Love my stay well located area near centric historical walking distance across the muelle n in the back opposite side getsamani town Alfonso n staff The guys on rooftop are the best host there so kind ,attentive friendly As a female solo travel, they made my birthday stay be on of the best one!!!
