“New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.”

“Un magnifique hôtel dans le quartier Cabanyal à Valence. Notre chambre était joliment décorée et suffisamment spacieuse pour deux personnes. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. En hiver il est très facile de stationner gratuitement à proximité de l'hôtel. Un hôtel qui sert gratuitement le petit déjeuner à ses clients c'est rare. L'hôtel Casa Bassa le fait et c'est très appréciable. En plus les plats proposés pour le petit déjeuner étaient des excellents. Rien a dire concernant l'accueil à la réception……

“Es war ein sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Das Beistellsofa war ein wenig durchgelegen und die Wände im Haus waren Recht dünn, womit man doch ein wenig die Nachbarschaft mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten war es eine Recht schöne und ruhige Gegend. Nur ca. 5-10min zum Strand.”

“We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding……

“Room was great - we didn’t use the pool. Area perfect, right next to the metro to get into the main centre and short walk to marina and beach. We also walked to the science museum and oceanografic. Great location”

“Super Hotel, ganz neu eröffnet mit toller Lage und SPA inkludiert, direkt in der schönen Altstadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber modern und nicht zu klein, viel Platz zum Verstauen und Ablegen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und der SPA Bereich war auch super, das Wasser könnte etwas wärmer sein.”
