「I had very bad experiences stay at this hotel, the person next to my room spoke very loudly and I wake up at 0;10am and sleep again at 4;00am. There is no restaurant for breakfast. I don't think I will stay here again.」

「Large room with see view. Free parking but far away to the city. The food in the restaurant is good but the waiter unhappy because I order the special price dinner set. It should be influence the overall performance.」

「The room was small but comfortable. It was very much like a university dorm room for two people. We needed a few things like a coffee cup, wine glasses and a cork screw. Parking fees at $15 Euros a day was unexpected. Location was Ok but only because we had a car. Bus anf trams were close」

It is excellently located - especially for the Easter Semana Santa celebrations, beach and transport with many fabulous amenities on the door step too. The online check in service prior to arrival was super smooth and the staff were great at responding to any questions. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Valencia as was a little home.away from home! 」

Nous avons fait une requête pour être remboursé, nous sommes toujours en attente d’une réponse de la part de l’hôtel. 」

「We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding...
