"Front Desk receptionist was rude, loud, disrespectful and an unprofessional racist as if she had walked in off the street with no training or regards for people of color. I have never been so embarrassed by hotel staff. I will never forget this horrible experience. "

"The hotel is perfect location! Valet, shuttle staff were amazingly helpful polite and professional. Check in was easy. Only small complaint, no soap in bathroom and shower leaks water all over the floor when using. Breakfast was above expectations (complimentary) "

"Hotel overall, was in a "tired" state. It is in desperate need of some paint, and a deep clean as there was mould in the shower. Key cards had to be redone, elevator was slow, and with the key card issue, taking the stairs that ventured outside, wasn't realistic as you'd be stranded outside. Breakfast was ok. Staff were excellent though and tried to be as accommodating as they could."
