“The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. “Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! ”

“My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The location of the room was beautiful and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. Definitely loved the bathroom. All the staff were very friendly, specially William, Esteban and Edwin. Always available and willing to help or show us where the animals were throughout the hotel. ”
