"Wonderful vacation rental on the beach 3 rd floor with high ceilings, kitchen well stocked and deck with bbq was great, pool very nice with umbrellas, walked to surf every morning zippers close by, this is a great value slept 4 easily, Cabo was warm a a great destination"

"This condo will not disappoint! The view is spectacular! The beds are comfortable and the condo well appointed. May was a great month to visit as the property was not busy at all. The pools are clean and warm but still refreshing! Waves are too large to swim in the ocean, but many nice close snorkeling public beaches to visit. We loved every minute of our anniversary trip!"

"Our stay at El Zalate was amazing! We had so much fun enjoying coffee on the patio, each morning and games at night! The pool is incredible, and walks on the beach was great too! The management was so helpful with any questions that we had, and catching Ubers out front made rides into town so easy! We’ll be back!"

"The property was a little farther out from town than we had expected.We had to get an Uber every time we left. However Uber rides were short and affordable . The property has a private pool and hot tub right on the beach we really enjoyed. The patio to the condo was very large and comfortable . The grill was large and clean."
'OUR PALAPA' TRANQUILITY AWAITS - UPDATED AND REMODELED

"The condo is very well outfitted and clean. The view is gorgeous and the balcony is huge and fabulous. We would have appreciated more clarity about the beach- it’s accessible but it is not “swimmable” unless you’re a very strong swimmer (mostly red flag conditions) and has very high rough waves and strong undertow. The hot tub and 2 pools are not accessible to kids under 12- only one pool is- this was enforced by security. Since we were expecting a beach holiday with our 6 and 9 year old kids, this is not what we would have booked had the ad been more forthcoming. Be aware that a lot of tours leave from Cabo San Lucas which is a costly uber ride each way. The property contact Kathy was very helpful. We did try an 8pm swim but one of the co-residents was immediately emphatic that we had to be very quiet. One of the rules is basically no running, horseplay, yelling or loud music in any common area (especially the pool area) at any time - hard to feel like this property is meant for excited kids. It really isn’t that kid friendly though a number of grandparents seem to own there and their grandkids visit. Overall clean and nice property but would not suggest for families with young kids who want to swim in the ocean or have any boisterous play or have access to all amenities. It’s great for adults who want to very quiet vacation and aren’t super keen to swim in the ocean. "
