Our overall experience at the Krystal Grand Los Cabos was relaxing and enjoyable. The resort has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning views of the ocean, perfect for sunrise pictures and peaceful walk. The property itself is clean, well kept and modern feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was at the front desk, the restaurants, or around the pool area everyone made an effort to ensure guests were comfortable. Service at the bars and restaurants was generally quick and drinks were always made well. The pools were definitely a highlight, spacious clean and with plenty of seating. Our love suite in Altitude building is the most loving in the resort. We had our own private pool. I definitely consider staying again for relaxing beachfront getaway with our kids and parents. Thank you Krystal Grand for made our anniversary special and memorable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My adult daughter and I spent 8 nights at the Krystal Grand in San Jose del Cabo in January. We originally booked an Ocean View Junior Suite but upgraded to an Altitude Ocean Front before arrival. Because of that, I never saw what an Ocean View room looked like, but we were very happy to be in the Altitude tower Ocean Front. Our room was on the 7th floor which was very convenient to access the Sky Lounge on the roof top, just one floor up. There is one elevator for the building which is noisy and a little unsettling but it always got the job done. As an Altitude guest, we did get some extra perks which definitely made the vacation better. The benefits included: access to the Sky Lounge (open 3-10 pm on the roof top; it was never busy)...access to a special palapa with it's own bar, snacks, coffee and cold drinks...access to a la carte restaurants for breakfast and lunch...a concierge to make reservations for dinner. Because of the a la carte options, we only ate at the buffet once. Food was acceptable; nothing fancy. The breakfasts were always hot and fresh and the lunch options included yummy burgers, chicken fingers, fries, etc. Our only bad experience with food was in Ayami, the Asian restaurant. The teppanyaki food was excellent but the regular table service food was mushy and soggy. We spent no time at all in the regular pool area, instead hanging at the adult-only pool. It was generally quiet, as advertised. Overall a good vacation!

The staff were all pretty accommodating. My wife and I went to enjoy her birthday and our last as a couple because we will be adding one to the party! Ramiro greeted us with smile and candor a for me a welcome mimosa. And a Shirley remodel for my wife. My concierge were Gabriel, who booked our food reservations anns anlway asled of there were any Allergies and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we got there, and Brissa helped us when checking out. Ensuring it went smoothly. There was one night when it was BBQ night and I tasted the ribs they prepared. They were very delicious with a sweet hint of pineapple. I asked the chef did it have pineapple because my wife is allergic and she wanted to try, the chef said no. I said are you sure, because I can taste it. She said no. I also asked the waiter and at first he said no it doesn’t so we believed him and she had some. Minutes later he came back saying yes it did have pineapple, by that time my wife was getting itchy a starting to form small hives of her face and belly. I was so sad about that, because a chef should ALWAYS know what they are making especially for allergies. We asked if they had allergy medicine but they said only for sale on the gift shop, which was $18,$24. They also offered to have the most n site doctor come by. We just returned to our room and she drank some water and rested with the medicine and she as better. The site leader at that time was Gabriel checked on us.could have been prevented

This hotel is great but has a few challenges. Pool and beach are fantastic! The staff were also amazing! Especially our Expedia concierge Brissa! The hotel is located close to San Jose and Los Cabos - however it’s located on a busy highway and the traffic noise can be heard clearly all night from your room. The food was hit and miss at the buffets - and although we were told we didn’t need to make reservations at the restaurants we were turned away a couple of times. The Mexican restaurant and Asian restaurant were both fantastic! When it was busy there didn’t seem to be enough chairs near the pool and it was recommended not to swim in the water, you could feel the current in the water was strong. Overall we had a great stay! It was a chill experience with beautiful views, we even saw whales jumping every morning. Perfect for quick adult getaway.

Les chambres et l’hotel sont très propre. Il y a deux piscines, une pour les familles et une pour adulte. Les deux piscines sont wow et les 2 sont beachfront. Je dirais que c’est plus beau en vrai qu’en photo. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous avons passé une seule nuit et le buffet était correct sans plus mais pour un buffet c’est correct. Tous le monde va y trouver sont compte 😇

The view from our room was beautiful and the room was clean. Some staff were helpful but not pushy. Edwardo and jonny at the front were great. The bartender ( at the lobby bar) i believe his name was Sero? was excellent.

We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately there was no hot water and no chairs, loungers or palapas on the beach. A lot of times no supplies, only 2/8 drinks could be made most days. Missing coconut supplies or other things for drinks. Very few options, seemed to not have any supplies on hand.

This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike!

The only thing I could complain about is pool staff and not having enough people to maintain the crowd when it came to drinks food etc. other than that, this resort was wonderful. Drinks and food was great and my time spent was wonderful. I couldn’t be more thankful for my time shared there
