“Maggie was quick to respond to any and all questions. The house is perfectly located between Tampa and Sarasota. Pool was fantastic.. clean perfect temp. The house itself could use a little updating, ( the frame to the screen door to the pool area is detached, and the door handle to the front storm door fell off, a few other little things...) but we weren't concerned with it. Kitchen is fully equipped. She has every amenity for the beach and outdoor fun you can imagine... it was very……

“If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!”

“Wow the place was really nice. I actually felt like a tourist here lol. It has plenty of room. And doggy friendly. I’m did not take my puppy but will next time. Place is gorgeous. “Not worth it”

“Close to the water but not on the water like one of the pics make you think. You can’t even see the water from the room. Pics were deceiving. You can’t see anything from the room except fence. Room and property was clean. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room next to me talking. You could things being moved around in the rooms.”
