"Great location. The building looks new and well maintained. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the pool is quite small and the water is not very clean. Overall we had a good stay and will choose this hotel again."

"I stayed for 3 nights. Easy check in and valet always brought car around on time although I heard others were not satisfied and had been waiting for a while. We had a few meals at the restaurant downstairs. It was decent. Although one night we were the only ones there for dinner (Wednesday) and our meals took extra long to bring out. Then another night (Friday) I called to order dinner for pickup and it was ready in like 10 minutes! Room was fine although we didn’t have any of those complimentary snacks as I’ve seen in other reviews but there were 4 bottles of water which they replaced each day. The towels were very worn, some not in good shape. I’d highly recommend replacing the towels that have gone a bit old and not very soft anymore. Construction woke us up at 6:30am. Guess that’s why they give you those ear plugs. I did some work in the lobby because the noise was too much in my room during the day. No construction on the weekends though. So the view from our room was literally a construction site and all the construction workers. Location of course was great which is why we chose this spot. Will be even better once co structuring is done and they buy some new towels."

"The room I stayed in was relatively clean, extremely spacious for 1 or 2 people. The only downside is the limited parking spaces (first come, first serve basis) within the property, which isn’t really a fault of the property owners. However, the staff is very helpful and provided areas that you can alternatively park your car overnight nearby, like close to the city hall which is extremely cheap overnight on the weekends and other public parking lots (which are quite expensive, just a bit more expensive than staying at the hotel for $25/day)."

"I was a retired hotelier and believe some older model of air conditioning should be replaced because the noise disturbs the comfort and sleep of the client. Breakfasts arrangement is outstanding and cost effective for walk in customers; however for tour group perhaps the hotel should consider including bread/toast (I heard quite a few from tour group asking why there was no bread/toast). Staff in general are very nice and helpful. Moisturizer in the tube (in the washroom) should be checked to make sure it wasn’t dry and hard to squeeze out."
