“This has nothing to do with the hotel but there is a large amount of homeless people roaming the streets. I am from Toronto and even I thought there were a lot. The city needs to do more to help them out. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Clean and the restaurant is top notch for all meals!! I would still come back to stay here regardless of the surroundings.”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“An amazing and kind human being who runs the swiss and the barefoot. the room was extremely clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was lovely and whole house was homey and beautiful to stay in. Felt very comfortable, relaxed, well taken care of, and rejuvenated the whole stay. Thank you so much.”

“it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....”
