“What a lovely surprise walking into this hotel. It was spotless, the room was spacious, parking was effortless, the staff was so hospitable and the breakfast was delicious! ”

“Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. “This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. “THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. “The room was ok not spotless and the staff was courtesy but the only issues was that the promotion said free breakfast and they don't give any because they eliminated. ”

“It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. ”

“First problem was I had no access to the bathroom I could get in the front door in the bedroom but I had to leave and go to the nearest restaurant to use facilities. Then when I return to the room I was able to get in the bathroom but the bathroom was moldy the common area with shared with a lot of people and it was all dirty I couldn't even put in on the counter. Because of that I left. I would appreciate a refund for not being there Tuesday or Wednesday. ”
