The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. "We had a great time at Terrace-By-The-Lake. Used the house for a golf weekend with lifelong friends. Everything was advertised as bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms were great and spacious. House is ready for younger families as well with easy options for hi-chairs, cribs and bunk beds...but we are old geezers and didn't need those amenities. Basement has a pool table which was a ton of fun and a roulette wheel and craps table. Bring a dealer and have some fun! Only downside is getting...

"We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. The beds were very comfortable. Omaira was extremely helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We would definitely come back again! "

"The hotel was awesome. In a good spot to walk to some awesome bars and cool little shops. The only complaint that I would have is the Continental breakfast was just not replenish to often. Also would like for an ice machine on each floor. But overall it was a great stay."
