"A proper Christmas story Arrived to find hotel had closed down No room at the Inn"

"We had a lovely one night stay here before going to the airport. The room was modern, clean and comfortable - TV was great quality too! The breakfast to go which is provided with the room rate was perfect for an early morning dash and used high quality brands. Our room had to be changed last minute but staff gave us a detailed explanation of where we needed to go and were easy to get hold of, as well as being helpful and friendly on the phone. We would definitely stay again!"

"The adjoining room walls were not soundproofed. The guests in the next room spoke very loudly after 10:30pm. I had to put a pillow over my ears to block out their conversation. Otherwise, the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. However, the Kitchen extractor fan was below our room & quite noisy when in operation. "
