“The only thing that freaked us out when we 1st got there to check in, the office was closed. Said you have to contact office for late check ins after 9pm. We booked online through expedia and never seen that anywhere, til we got our confirmation email and at the very bottom..there it was! Should be at the top!! But there was a number to call and they were very prompt and we didnt have to wait long before we were in our room. They had a lock box on our room door handle for us n a key inside. The……

“The overall motel was great like staying in Old Florida. Rooms were great shape. Clean and modernized. Pool was above standards. Rooms had anything you needed for a long stay kitchen wise. Each room had its own patio with great landscaping. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights paying way to much money for what we got. Someone has spent a lot of money on this place but stopped short. Our “deluxe “ room had a small Kitchenette with no knobs on drawers and the plastic covering was half pulled off the fridge. The gentleman cleaning rooms was very nice, check in guy not so much. Getting extra bag of coffee was like pulling teeth. “We have coffee in the office/lobby. But it doesn’t open until 9 ! Will not return ”

“The first room that they placed me in had no hot water, hair dryer or any other amenities. It is convenient for the area, but there needs to be better quality for the prices charged ”

“When we turned on the light at night there were a dozen roaches. We killed many of them and left the lights on for the short few hours until dawn. We noted this to the front desk and showed photos. She promised a full refund. When I called to ask about the refund they told me the manager declined it. I also don’t like that they use traditional metal keys that could be duplicated. This is a serious security issue. ”
