“We had an excellent stay in a very smartly designed space at The Flats. Our hosts were very communicative and let us know everything we needed to know. Our unit was very private and quiet and had cottontail bunnies visiting our patio everyday. Egg Harbor is an artsy town and not near as busy as some of the other spots and that suited us fine.We will definitely be letting our friends know about this spot!”

“Adam's place is amazing! Exactly what the pictures show, the beds are comfortable, and you are right on the water. The views from the dock are incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. This place is a great home base for exploring door county. We also had to cancel one of our nights and with a weeks notice Adam gave us a refund for the night. Overall, this was the perfect place for our friends gathering!”

“Great location and cute setup with easy check in and amazingly responsive hosts. There was a small hiccup with the internet and the host took care of it right away. The only things that could have improved it were that it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan available to manage sand that got tracked in from swimming. It would also have been nice to have a spatula/ flipper in the kitchen. ”

“Great! Some welcoming touches … for example, rope lights lining the driveway to make it easy to find the property at night. Very quiet. Great neighborhood with quiet rural roads for walking, biking, running. ”

“Great condo! Can’t beat location! Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. WiFi and ac were great, beds comfy, tons of linens. The porch and outdoor area were great too! Nice to spread out and let people have their own space. The only wishlist item we had (and this has zero to do with our rating because it was exactly as advertised ) it would be nice if there was just one additional bathroom. Just a toilet and sink. For how many it sleeps, everyone sharing one bathroom got a tad tricky……
