Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. "The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option.
