“Very family friendly. My daughter, niece, and grand daughter had an amazing time and a beautiful weekend.”

“My family really appreciated our one-night stay at this beach house. It was very clean, and they had beach supplies (towels and folding chairs). The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5. We especially loved the proximity to the beach (only 3 blocks away), although the restaurants in that area were pretty expensive (probably typical for a beach……

“I honestly had my favorite stay of all time at this place. It was clean cozy and absolutely everything that we needed. I love the historical feel to it and it was perfection.”

“From the moment I booked our trip nine months ago to checking out on Monday, everything was absolutely amazing! Peter was a very responsive host and was quick to answer any of our questions and helped make our stay memorable! The home was equipped with almost everything we needed, it was comfortable and great for five of us in the house! I will absolutely refer this Vrbo to others and hope to stay there maybe next year on another trip home. Peter, thank you so much for making our class reunion……

“Everything was great. Host was awesome to work with and had prompt answers for the few questions we had. Condo was clean and well stocked. The listing on VRBO shows it in the wrong spot on the map. The actual spot is nearby though and works great for access to downtown Newburyport. Def would stay again!”

“Great space, easy walking to Salem Tourist spots and couldn't be happier with our stay. Probably the best shower I've experienced in a long time! Super pressure!”

“Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair……

“The home is excellent . We wanted private and we got private. Had a hard time finding in dark but found it tucked in the back of property. The walk was good to see what you wanted to and could drive to other little towns and beaches. I would use them again”
