"Very clean room are great "

"The staff make you feel so welcome, as customer you feel good about the service you get ting. Maybe is not one of the top hotels of the holiday inn company but when you have good staff make you think it is . The hotel is clean, the bed is good quality and the area is easy access to be around ."

"Fabulous location for airport "

"It was a good stay - easy check-in, clean, comfy room. It had a slight smell. I arrived after midnight and was worried that my room would have been given away. I called maybe ten times earlier in the day, and no one ever answered. But in the end, check-in was no problem, quick, and easy. I took the shuttle bus from the airport. It costs 4 pounds, but they do now accept cards. I had read that the shuttle was cash only, but that is no longer the case."

"Not so good this time only because I was put on first floor and lift not work , Visit Before I was ground floor , I have weak legs so not good to use stairs with luggage . "

"Nice Hotel, seems new, bedding was clean and fresh. Sizeable bathrooms. Cosy beds. Parking at the property chargeable though @£8 /day. Good English breakfast. Good stay for under £100"
