「The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London. The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property. There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached...

「My five days in this hoyel is very well experience. The first day check in came across system problem. But the next day everthing goes back to normal. People at check-in desk are very nice, helpful and patient in explain everything. The hotel prefers card than cash for payment. To do laundry? Find a good time. Night time is very busy, specially the dryer. Remember to prepare coins. 」
