“Would never had found property of it wasn’t for the owner sending photos of door outside and key pad instructions. Great communication but only received once room had been cleaned and was ready earlier than check in. Although it was classed as deluxe studio it lacked in nice bedding. Only 2 rubbish pillows for 2 people. No more extras one. My pillow was very lumping and uncomfortable. Apart from that the studio was lovely. Good presentation. Nice lighting. Shame towel heater didn’t switch off as……

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing. One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start. “Nothing to really dislike. Initially I had a panic when I reread the check in details which said I would get a follow up email with details. Fortunately Expedia stepped in and sorted it out. I checked my spam folder etc but I never received the email. I slept well, it is in a convenient location, just a 10 min walk to the regular W3 bus to Ally Pally. I think it would be good to have had some basic tea / coffee / milk. There should at least be some water in the room. I know there is a kitchen……

“In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For……
