Could not have picked a better location. The area was nice and big mall and underground in walking distance to get anywhere we needed to go, staff was the nicest. Rooms were modern and clean and very spacious and the little coffee shop in the lobby was perfect for on the go before our sight seeing, love it!

Lovely staff, when I actually returned to check in, none of the amenities of the hotel were explained to me Great location, 10 min walk to Stratford (for Elizabeth line) lots of food and shopping options nearby. The room was nice enough, perhaps a little tired decorwise. Nothings or my expeirncemade me feel this was a 4 atar
