「I ended up being super late due to unforseen circumstances and wasnt able to check in properly, however, there was a clear map with instructions in the entrance allowing me to still get in and get to sleep as well as meet with property owner the mext morning to clear things up. My room was clean, the place was nice, my bed was comfortable and the owner was very understanding and homely.」

The location is excellent: The hotel is directly connected to Minamoa, a brand-new shopping mall that opened this year. It’s super convenient for shopping and dining.
Even more impressive is that the hotel is right above JR Hiroshima Station and the Shinkansen platforms — perfect for easy and smooth travel. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is right downstairs, which makes getting to Hiroshima Airport incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.
All in all, if you're visiting Hiroshima, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Exit is a top choice — great location, super convenient transportation, and comfortable accommodation. I’d definitely stay here again!

"Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall"
