「This hotel was really nice and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am not a huge fan of breakfast buffets but my husband loves it. I definitely would recommend staying here.」

The grounds were clean could’ve used a mortals in the room we pulled in late so it was difficult to try to track some down but again not super big issue and the bed was decent a little hard but for a hotel but it’s good. Overall great experience, especially with the being clean and modern if we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay there again.」

「Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness.」

「Was a very accommodative , especially Alan when talking to him about my husband who had a stroke and my father in law who is 88yrs old, I needed something easy access for them on the first floor and rooms close together . He came through amazingly. It truly made out trip to Tennessee from Florida to spend fathers day with three generations of Dads the most memorable time with our son and family!!! Thank you again I will recommend your establishment to anyone :)」

「I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed.」

The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in.
