「The location was excellent in a nice area close to the tram and the Kalata ferry terminal. Some nice restaurants near by. The space worked out well for our group of 6 (3 couples) and the apartment had a nice view of the Bosphorus. The apartment could use a refresh with the paint, countertop, and other condition issues. Didn't really impact our stay, but it is looking worn. Could have been a little cleaner with some cobwebs in the bathroom and some other minor issues. The listing is clear that...

「Can't recommend enough - terrific owners and a dedicated and helpful support person!Details:First, the location - right on the Bosporus, with the Dolmabahce mosque at the corner. A few hundred yards from the tram to the main tourist areas, the funicular to Taxim square, and the new boat terminal to everything on the Bosporus on both sides.Second, the space - a lovely BIG room with couches and chairs and a dining room (or in my case, work) table. 「Munir, the property manage was extremely helpful from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. There was housekeeping service available and plenty of bottled water was provided. There is a large roof deck with furniture and good views. The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants and transportation close by for access to other parts of istanbul. We would stay there again if visiting.」

「Excellent location, very close to T1 tram station and funicular to Taksim which was a huge plus as a tourist. Apartment was same as was in the listing. Check-in process was smooth and host is very responsive. We spent 8 days in this apartment during our vacation and were quite comfortable. Only feedback I have for the host is that mattresses in bedrooms are quite stiff and a bit uncomfortable. May need to replace them. Overall we had a great family vacation and I would recommend this property...

「Perfect location that is lovely until night but not noisy.The host gave many ideas on things to do and even welcomed us with free walnuts that we enjoyed during our stay. He also showed us the shops and supermarkets nearby.We were allowed for late check out which is a bonus and was in constant communication to find out how we were doing.Overall, we had a nice host and a clean and unforgettable experience.」
