「What an awesome place! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding with several guests coming in from across the country. This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. The host is very friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend. 」

「The space is cute with a lot of potential and in a good location. Unfortunately the host isn't keeping up the home. The toilet was broken and the heater in the bedroom was broken (or hard to use and no response when I reached out for help). Our stay was at a very cold time of year so we all 3 ended up sleeping in the living room on the fold out couch bed. The other issue that contributed to us checking out after only sleeping there as necessary was how dirty it was. The fold out couch had layers...
