“The front desk team are very friendly. Our room was incredibly comfortable and very clean. Parking was easy as well. You can’t beat the 10% off at the Applebees next door as a guest of the hotel. Highly recommend. ”

“Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. Yes I understand it that it's a Christian holiday for some but for the rest of the world that doesn't celebrate Christian holidays this is a……

“Check in staff (did not catch her name) was so nice, quick, and helpful! Breakfast was meh but the lady stocking and cleaning up was very nice and wished us well as we left. That was so nice! Love Hampton inn! We will certainly stay here next time we’re in Lynchburg!”

“Room was clean but old. Property is under renovation which is not mentioned online. Also no breakfast, only coffee. Needs a good up to date Reno on rooms. Also keurig coffee maker in room only brews half a cup of coffee so I wouldn’t waste my time using it. The fridge did come in handy for outside drinks tho. Thank you to the staff which were all very polite and friendly!”

“I really like staying at this hotel, especially being provided with a stove is great! However, I hated the fact one of the guest had a Pitbull dog. Every time I was getting on or off the elevator, the guest would allow her dog to come up close to me. The guest was older in age, so the dog was pulling her! I told the guest she should control her dog since some people are afraid of dogs. However, every time I see this guest with her dog, I was terrified! Pitbull dogs are no joke and I don’t play……

“Our room wasn't cleaned properly as anytime we stepped into the shower our feet were covered in dirt, furniture was covered in dust, bed looked stained and had signs of mildew, lamps were covered in something I couldn't recognize. No wifi despite it advertising free high speed internet. Signal on the television was constantly going in and out. Tv remote was also broken as some buttons didn't work. Shower was broken and had an exposed rusty nail. Food from whoever stayed in that room before was……
